I'm Laura Honeycutt. I had a successful 25-year career in advertising, but I always struggled with the need for constant validation by others. When I didn't get it, I would make up incredible stories that threatened my self confidence and forced me to change jobs before I was "found out" to be the fraud I thought I was.
I regularly made too many personal sacrifices in the name of my career, and often felt bitter about it. I was working myself to death, with zero boundaries and total fear of failure.
This wasn't how I wanted to live. In my desperate search for a solution, I explored executive coaching. And that's when I discovered the transformative effect coaching can have on not only a person's career, but also their life.
So I took a trust fall with the Universe. I left my successful career and became a certified coach.
I moved to my happy place and started my own practice.
